ARMANDO “MANDO” PEREZ-SERRATO

I am Armando "Mando" Perez-Serrato and I will be running for President of the United States of America in 2028 as I did in 2024. I will be running as a working-class Democratic candidate.

In 2024, I had the foresight and courage to run against Biden and the Democratic Establishment because I knew they were going to lose and they did. If you want to win in 2028 Vote for Mando.

For 2028, the Democratic Establishment will abandon democracy yet again by Anointing Gavin Newsom and he will lose just like Kamala. They both have the same policies, come from the same place, and believe in the same things that have resulted in Catastrophic results here in California. They both destroyed San Francisco together, they both destroyed California together and now they both want to destroy America together. 

Voters in swing states will not vote for Gavin or Kamala because they don't want their state to turn into California. Here in California Gavin Newsom and Kamala Harris are responsible for making crime legal, rent/ mortgage is the highest in the country, highest taxes, highest grocery/gas prices, taxpayers paying for transgender surgeries, open borders, Billions in fraud of tax payer money and a homeless apocalypse. Men especially, younger men 18-35 and Latinos will not vote for Gavin Newsom or Kamala Harris as proven in 2024.

Kamala Harris is a Loser, she lost to Donald Trump. Kamala Harris is a Liar, she lied about Biden's Health condition both Mental and Physical and only told the truth when she was paid to write a book. California tax payers are currently paying over 100 million in tax payer money to fund Kamala Harris's 24/7 Security for her book tour. She currently does not hold an elected position there is no reason for tax payers to be funding her security. This bitch has been given every position she has ever had by having sex with men in power starting with Willie Brown. That is why she lost and will lose again, she is placed as a candidate not because the population like her but because she bent over or got on her knees for a specific man in power.

The Democratic Party needs new, younger and dynamic candidates like "MANDO"  that put the working class first. Latino Voters will decide who becomes President in 2028. 

MANDO is the perfect candidate that can win in 2028 by achieving National Latino support, capture more votes from the Working Class/ Men and the idea of electing the "First" Latino President will create excitement in the electorate. Voters will want to be part of something historical similar to what happened with Obama. I am seeking your endorsement and support to be a Nationally Recognized Presidential Candidate to win in 2028 or be selected for Vice President. 

We already had a Black President and Vice President so that is no longer new or a novelty. If you want to win in 2028 you need to support a Latino and White candidate combination. It's time for Black people to support Latinos to become President and Vice President. Latinos have already helped to vote in a black President/ Vice President, now it's your turn to support Latinos.
